UNM Alumni Memorial Chapel 50th Anniversary
Saturday and Sunday, April 28-29, 2012
The UNM Alumni Association will celebrate the Golden Anniversary of the Alumni Memorial Chapel this April. Events and programs include:
- Flag Ceremony and candlelight vigil in remembrance of our fallen soldiers at war
- Marriage vow renewals
- Choral and organ concerts
- A reception at the newly renovated Alumni Center, Hodgin Hall
- Photo opportunities
- Remembrance wall
- Campus tours and more!
We would love to have pictures of the happy couple, then and now, and any other photos you are willing to share for this celebration and future Chapel programs.

Elegant in its Southwestern simplicity, the University of New Mexico's Alumni Memorial Chapel is the ideal location for weddings, vow renewals and memorial services.
The chapel is dedicated to UNM alumni who gave their lives in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Eligibility and Reservations
The use of the UNM Alumni Memorial Chapel available by reservation only to members of the UNM community. It is a benefit granted to full-time students (those currently taking at least 12 credit hours in a degree-granting program), alumni, and faculty and staff of UNM. As a courtesy, this privilege is also extended to children, parents and siblings of those listed. UNM records will be checked to verify eligibility.
