Chartered in March 2001, the School of Architecture and Planning Chapter was founded by a group of dedicated and motivated volunteers. Armed with a charter and a strategic plan, the SAAP Alumni Board of Directors seeks to connect alumni and future alumni.

The Board published its most recent edition of the SAAP Alumni Newsletter, Central Perspectives, in May 2009. It can be viewed at saap.unm.edu

The chapter offers continuing education programs and meaningful opportunities for alumni to participate on board committees.
