Black Alumni Chapter Executive Board
Edwin S. Mosley
Stan Mosley’s college career at UNM began with a track scholarship in the fall of 1966. He later added football to his collegiate activities. He was also involved with the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and held various offices. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry.
Shortly after graduation, he began a very long, successful career with Mountain Bell/US West Direct. He worked as an installer, a sales representative, and ended as one of the top DEX Yellow Page Premise Sales Representatives in this region. Wanting to stretch his excellent sales skills into something new, he began his own business with Primerica Financial Services starting as a Sales Rep and ending as a Regional Vice President after 10 years. He now works as a Supervisor for Bernalillo County.
After a long disconnect from UNM, other than being a sports fan, Stan is excited about being an active part of the UNM community. He has much to share in his new position as the Treasurer on the Board for the Black Alumni Chapter. In every arena he’s found himself, he has always been an outstanding leader. So, he will be able to show his expertise as the Chair for the Scholarship Committee. He believes this is an opportunity to make history as part of this new dynamic segment of the Alumni Association.
