Expectations and Structure for Chapters and Groups

Event Planning and Marketing

  • Event Planning Form
    Use this form to plan the details of your event to help determine your marketing and event registration needs. Please make sure all details are included. If plans change, please be sure to notify your chapter/group liaison.
  • Broadcast Email Request
    Use this form to submit your broadcast email request. Your staff liaison will contact you to proof the email prior to it's release. Keep in mind that it will take at least 3 weeks to process your email request.
  • UNM's Social Media Guidelines
    These guidelines pertain to any social media presence that represents The University of New Mexico in an official capacity. Best practices are available to provide a consistent representation of UNM.

Funding and Leadership Commitment

  • Event Report
    This report must be submitted within 30 days after any event that utilized Allocated or Holding Funds from the UNM Alumni Association.
