Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter Lobo Day
Join the UNM Alumni Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter in celebrating Lobo Day — UNM's birthday — with Anderson School of Management's Dean Craig White as the speaker. Dean White recently served as UNM's Interim Provost from January to December 31, 2017. He joined the Anderson School of Management in 1998, where he is professor of accounting. Between 2009 and 2014, he was chair of the accounting department and returned to serve as dean of the Anderson School of Management at UNM in July 2014.
Prior to entering academia, he worked in the tax department of the Fort Worth, Texas, office of Price Waterhouse. His research and teaching specialization is in the area of federal income taxation. Dean White's research interests also include the effect of tax incentives on business decision making, ownership of intellectual property, and business startups commercializing new technologies. His work has been published in a variety of academic and professional journals. His consulting work has focused on helping organizations use data to improve business decision making and to efficiently comply with accounting reporting requirements.
Dean White holds both a PhD and master's degree from Texas Tech University and a bachelor's of business administration from Texas A&M University.

Tickets are $20 per person. All Lobos attending will receive a UNM Alumni pint glass and decal.
