Encounter wildlife face to face in Tanzania’s most spectacular nature reserves on this nine-night safari adventure.

Set out with your small group at sunrise on the savannah to scout for a multitude of magnificent animals. Expert game guides give insight as you snap amazing photos and capture memories to cherish. Glimpse lions under the baobab trees of Tarangire National Park, then travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a lush home to leopards, baboons, black rhinos and more, to enjoy an alfresco bush lunch. Visit the Oldupai Gorge and learn about the anthropological discoveries made by Louis and Mary Leakey. Explore world-famous Serengeti National Park, home to Africa’s “Big Five” as well as some 1.5 million wildebeest and 200,000 zebra, while staying at a luxury, tented safari camp. Meet the Masai people, local artisans and coffee farmers along the way. This trip includes a flight from Serengeti to Arusha, first-class accommodations and an extensive meal plan.

Price: $6,995 per person if booked by October 20, 2019. Prices based on double occupancy and do not include air transportation costs.

As of June 2019, plastic bags will be illegal in Tanzania. All passengers arriving at any Tanzanian airport are advised to avoid packing any plastic bags in their suitcases or in carry-on hand luggage. The transparent "zip-lock" plastic bags that some airports require passengers to use for keeping liquids, cosmetics, toiletries etc. separately in hand luggage are also not permitted to be brought into the country. Guests found with plastic bags in their luggage or on their person could face heavy fines
